Upon entering the flat we are welcomed by the entrance hall, from where we can access the modern and elegant kitchen with island, which is equipped with large and small appliances and a variety of kitchenware. A comfortable bar with three stools allows for quick and informal meals.

On the right-hand side is the spacious and bright social area. In this space, the lounge, and the dining room, with capacity for up to 6 diners, coexist comfortably.
