Your own studio — not a room in a shared flat.

This is a self-contained studio in Carabanchel, Madrid, with its own kitchen, own full bathroom and own washing machine. You share nothing with anyone: no queue for the shower, no one else's dishes, no cleaning rota. There are three independent studios on the floor and the only common space is a short hallway.

The place The studio is on the 14th floor, with open views over Madrid and a lot of natural light. It faces away from the street, so it is quiet. The building has a lift. Everything is furnished and equipped — bed, storage, kitchen with appliances, and a work area for studying. You arrive with a suitcase and you can start living the same day.

What's included in the €950/month · Fibre wifi — already installed and working · Water and gas · Heating · Air conditioning (cooling and heating) · Private fully equipped kitchen · Private full bathroom · Private washing machine · All furniture and appliances

What's not included Electricity. The studio has its own meter, so you pay only what you personally use — you are never charged for anyone else's consumption. You do not need to open an account with an electricity company or sign anything: we read your meter and invoice you at cost. Expect roughly €25–45 per month depending on the season and how much you use the air conditioning. (← ajusta esta cifra a tu histórico real antes de publicar)

Getting around · Urgel metro station (line 5) is at the door — you can see it from the building · 15 minutes to Callao, in the very centre of Madrid, direct on line 5 with no changes · 15 minutes on foot to Madrid Río, the riverside park — running paths, cycling, open-air pools in summer · Line 5 connects to every other metro line, so the whole city and all the main universities are within easy reach

The neighbourhood Carabanchel is a real, lived-in Madrid neighbourhood, not a tourist area. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, gyms, bakeries and neighbourhood bars are all on the same street. It is considerably cheaper for daily life than the centre, which makes a genuine difference to a student budget over a full academic year — and you are still 15 minutes from Sol.
