In this same space is the integrated kitchen with a practical bar, equipped with a stove and all the necessary appliances for everyday life, such as a microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster and complete kitchenware.
The master bedroom is located nearby and is particularly bright, with built-in wardrobes and access to a second private balcony overlooking the same street, offering a pleasant additional outdoor space. The bathroom is complete and functional, with a shower.

Its proximity to Puerta de Toledo, a historic area with a wide variety of shops and restaurants, as well as the Carlos III University of Madrid and the HM Madrid Río University Hospital, is also a major advantage, making this apartment a very attractive option for both professionals and students.
Regarding transport, the nearest station is Puerta de Toledo (Line 5), just a 9-minute walk away, which provides quick connections to the rest of the city and easy access to areas such as Sol, Gran Vía, and the Salamanca district. La Latina (Line 5) is also nearby, an 11-minute walk away.
