This apartment offers a spacious living-dining room with a sofa, access to an exterior balcony ideal for enjoying the atmosphere of downtown Madrid and a planned space where a television will be installed soon. Nearby, the independent kitchen has all the necessary appliances: oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as good storage capacity and work surface.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the main one is double, with built-in wardrobes and is planned to be equipped with a double bed in the coming days. The second bedroom is single, perfect as an auxiliary bedroom or study area. The full bathroom has a comfortable bathtub.
Located in the heart of traditional Madrid, just steps from traditional bars, markets like La Cebada, and historic sites like Plaza de la Paja, this apartment combines functionality and charm. La Latina metro station is just a 6-minute walk away, providing easy access to other areas of the city.
