There is a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine. There is a living room with a sofa and a dining table. The main advantage of this flat is that it has a large terrace.

It’s located in the La Latina neighborhood, in the Center district. In the area you’ll find lots of bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds to cover all your needs while you study in Madrid, you’ll also be next to the famous Puerta de Toledo and the Cebada Market.

The closest metro station is *Puerta de Toledo (Line 5).* Next to it you’ll find Carlos III University , although you can also get to the Complutense of Madrid and Politecnica universities in no time.
