➡️ EXPENSES € 140 (condo fees, water, Wi-Fi, insurance).
➡️ ELECTRICITY BILL €60 (this amount is usually sufficient; any excess will be settled together with the following month’s rent).
🔥 HEATING €100/month from October to April (subject to final adjustment).

There is one single boiler shared between this apartment and the larger one (6 students in total).
Although the thermostat is located in the adjacent apartment, students have always cooperated in a friendly and communicative way. Everyone follows the heating schedule set by the thermostat (according to Italian regulations, heating is not allowed between approx. 11:00 pm and 6:00 am).
✅ Deposit: €1300 – To be paid before moving in.
It cannot be used as advance rent and will be refunded after the final inspection, provided there are no damages.
Any repair estimates may delay the refund.
➡️ Additionally, €200 will be withheld to cover electricity/gas bills, which arrive with about a 60-day delay and refer to the final months of the stay.
📍 The apartment is located in the heart of Porta Palazzo, one of the most unique neighborhoods in Turin: very multicultural (and if you have prejudices, this place is not for you 😅). It’s lively, full of colors, traditions, and smiling people.
Here you’ll find Europe’s largest open-air market, where farmers and local producers bring fresh goods every day.
On Saturdays, there is the Balon, the historic flea market, and once a month the Gran Balon, which attracts visitors from all over the city.
It’s a neighborhood with a strong identity, which may surprise those not used to such diversity, but it’s not dangerous – if it were, so many students (especially young women) wouldn’t choose to live here year after year.
