Casa del Barone è un appartamento spazioso di 150 metri quadrati situato al primo piano di un elegante palazzo nel centro di Lecce. Gli ambienti ampi e ben distribuiti offrono tutto il comfort necessario per un soggiorno rilassante, ideale per famiglie o gruppi fino a 7 persone che desiderano vivere appieno l'esperienza salentina.
L'appartamento si sviluppa attraverso tre camere da letto accuratamente arredate, che garantiscono il massimo della privacy e del riposo. Due camere sono dotate di letti matrimoniali, mentre la terza offre due letti singoli, perfetta per bambini o amici che viaggiano insieme. Il soggiorno rappresenta il cuore pulsante della casa, uno spazio luminoso e accogliente dove rilassarsi dopo le giornate di esplorazione, arricchito da un comodo divano letto matrimoniale che permette di ospitare comodamente due persone aggiuntive. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con forno, microonde e lavastoviglie, ideale per preparare pranzi casalinghi utilizzando i sapori autentici del territorio salentino. I due bagni completano la struttura, offrendo praticità e comodità per tutti gli ospiti. Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;

per le prenotazioni con check- in tra il 18 marzo ed il 28 aprile 2026 inclusi, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili.Non è consentito il check out per le date comprese dal 17 aprile al 26 aprile 2026 inclusi.

Al termine del soggiorno potrebbe essere richiesto un supplemento per il lavaggio dei tessili.

Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;

PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. E' possibile ricevere un kit biancheria su richiesta, ad un costo extra.
In caso di presenza di animali domestici, saranno applicati sovrapprezzi.
Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third offers twin beds, perfect for children or friends traveling together. The living room represents the beating heart of the house, a bright and welcoming space where you can relax after days of exploring, enriched by a comfortable double sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two additional people. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher, ideal for preparing home-cooked lunches using the authentic flavors of the Salento territory. The two bathrooms complete the structure, offering convenience and convenience for all guests. The jewel in the crown of the apartment is the suggestive terrace, an outdoor space where you can enjoy moments of relaxation in the open air and admire the surrounding landscape.

The area is well served by public transport that connects quickly with the beautiful seaside resorts of Salento and with other Apulian cities of tourist interest, making the apartment the ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of this enchanting land.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
