The apartment features a cosy living and dining area with a sofa and an integrated dining space, creating a practical and comfortable environment for daily life.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and basic kitchenware, offering everything you need for a functional stay.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: a main double bedroom with wardrobes and a second single bedroom, also with wardrobes. Both rooms enjoy plenty of natural light. The bathroom is complete and includes a walk-in shower.
The apartment is located in an area with local shops, supermarkets, cafés and essential services within walking distance. Highlights include the nearby Amos Acero Park, perfect for walks and outdoor exercise, as well as Avenida de la Albufera, one of the area’s main streets with a wide range of shops and restaurants.
In terms of transport, Nueva Numancia station is an 11-minute walk (Line 1) and Puente de Vallecas station is 13 minutes away (Line 1), providing direct connections to central Madrid, including Atocha and Sol.
