There are 2 master bedrooms with a sea view, 2 bedrooms with a garden view, 4 bathrooms, a living room, and dining room, laundry, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the garden, there is a kiosk with a bbq, 2 dining areas, 2 living areas, 2 toilets, sunbeds, and a chapel. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa is ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in a beachside house.

Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation).

For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
