The cooker in the kitchen is safe and efficient.

The walls and the sofa are currently older and used (walls are a bit dirty and 1 sofa is partially damaged). The Lessor can paint the walls again if the Lessees request painting at least 1 month before the arrival (the request shall be a mutual agreement and previously accepted by the Lessor).
The windows provide a perfect insulation.
The apartment is perfect for couples or a group of friends, Erasmus students or young professionals.
Our tenants can access and/or use all areas.
