Chamber 3 (K3) is one of four character-filled apartments located on the first floor of a historic building in the heart of the Port of Piraeus. Part of SYMPAN, a LabPiree Superstudio brand, a multidisciplinary art space hosting exhibitions, performances, and cultural gatherings, this studio offers a unique stay where design, history, and artistic energy coexist.

K2’s interiors speak the language of thoughtful imperfection and tactile contrasts. A raised sleeping platform houses a luxurious COCOMAT bed, offering a theatrical feel to the space. Below, a striking glass floor panel reveals a unique view into the space below, adding a touch of architectural drama. The bathroom features a skylight, allowing natural light to pour in and animate the raw textures throughout—stone, concrete, charred wood. The matte black kitchen, sculptural in form, is fitted with custom concrete handles, while carefully selected vintage and industrial elements echo themes of movement and transformation. A common laundry with washing machine and dryer is also provided.Extra storage space is also provided.

Tenants enjoy access to SYMPAN’s shared spaces during designated hours, including a spacious courtyard and a serene indoor gallery lounge, perfect for reading, reflection, or quiet inspiration.
