This temporary rental apartment, located on the ground floor in the Moncloa area, combines spaciousness, comfort and industrial style, ideal for groups or students looking for a practical space with excellent connections to the rest of the city.
The day area stands out for its bright living-dining room, with a large sofa, television and a dining table for 8 people, perfect for meetings or shared meals. The integrated kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils and washing machine, with a functional design and quality materials.
The sleeping area has 4 bedrooms, two of them with double bunk beds, and the other two with bunk beds that combine a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top, offering capacity for several occupants in a tidy and well-distributed environment. The full bathroom has a shower and is modern and careful.
The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Lago station (L10), and within walking distance of Casa de Campo, Parque del Oeste and the Complutense University of Madrid. It also has quick access to main roads such as the M-30, the A-6 and Paseo de Extremadura, which facilitate connections to any point in the city.
