Decorated with a sober and modern style, this is a 60m2 apartment with a day area shared with a living room furnished with sofa, TV and table for 4 people and an integrated kitchen with oven, fridge, washing machine and all the necessary utensils to create your best recipes.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one at each end of the floor. The first is exterior with closets to store all your belongings and table and chair if you need a space to study or work.
The second one is also a double room with closets and a work area. Very close to it is the bathroom with shower.
Latina is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Madrid due to its lively atmosphere, and the wide range of activities offered in its surroundings.
