Luxury Furnished 2-Bedroom Apartment with Roof Terrace – Haarlem Centre

Description

Beautiful and spacious fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Haarlem, offering approximately 127 m2 of living space, a large private roof terrace and excellent connections to Amsterdam and the surrounding area.

The apartment has a bright, loft-style living area with high ceilings and large windows, creating an impressive sense of space and natural light. The living room features a gas fireplace, air conditioning and underfloor heating.

The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of cupboard and workspace. Steel-framed internal doors and herringbone flooring give the apartment a stylish and contemporary character.

There are two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating. French doors connect the bedrooms to the private patio.

The modern bathroom is generously sized and also features underfloor heating.

A major highlight is the private 30 m2 roof terrace. Although north-facing, its open position means it enjoys plenty of sunshine throughout the day — perfect for relaxing or dining outside.

The property also includes a large 26 m2 basement with full standing height, providing exceptional additional storage space.

Location

The apartment is located on/near Zijlweg, one of Haarlem’s most convenient locations.

Haarlem’s historic city centre and Grote Markt are approximately a 10-minute walk away, with a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shops and terraces.

Haarlem Central Station is around 5 minutes by bicycle, providing excellent train connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport and other major cities.

Local shops, a bakery, delicatessen, florist and wine shop are all within walking distance, while public transport is practically on the doorstep.

Ideal for

This apartment is particularly suitable for expats, international professionals, couples or families looking for a high-quality furnished home in Haarlem for a temporary stay.

Ik zou bij HousingAnywhere trouwens “temporary stay” en “international professionals/expats” duidelijk benadrukken. Voor €3.500 p/m zit je waarschijnlijk veel meer in die doelgroep dan bij studenten.
