LOCATION
The Apartment is centrally located in the city’s popular Lend district. From here, you can reach all the universities and colleges in about fifteen minutes, the Volksgarten for sports or chilling in about five minutes, and in four minutes you can get to Europaplatz by the station (tip: the local shops are also open during weekends).

But Graz is also a great city for biking along the Mur River or through the small side streets. It is a lot of fun – whether you’re going to university, to work or just visiting friends. If you’re not one for physical activity, just grab a city bus, tram or night bus. Or, if you have time, go on foot. Because Graz is big but somehow small. Perfect for you to study, work, enjoy and connect.

MOVE IN IS POSSIBLE DURING THE MONTH, HOWEVER THE RENTAL CONTRACT STARTS FROM THE FIRST OF THE MONTH. A Registration is mandatory!

The first month rent will be completed through HousingAnywhere. The deposit and fees need to paid to us directly and should be completed before moving in.
