As I’ll be travelling for a year, I’m looking for a reliable and considerate person to sublet my fully furnished flat during my time away.

The flat is approximately 60 m2 and consists of a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a small balcony — perfect for enjoying a little fresh air. It will be fully equipped and ready to move into, including all furniture, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and kitchen essentials such as utensils and cutlery. You’ll have everything you need to feel at home from day one.

The 800 EUR/month include everything (heating, water and electricity)**Who I’m looking for**

Most importantly, I’m looking for someone trustworthy and responsible who will treat the flat and its furniture with care and respect, just as they would their own home.

I believe that open and honest communication is key to a good living arrangement. If anything unexpected happens or something comes up during your stay, we can always talk about it.
