Die renovierte, ruhige Wohnung im Altbau (3. Stock ohne Lift) in der Grazer Altstadt, liegt nur wenige Meter von der Mur und vom Zentrum fußläufig 15 Minuten entfernt.
Perfekt für Singles, Paare und Geschäftsreisende. Kurzfristige Aufenthalte auch für 4 Personen möglich, für längerfristig nicht geeignet.
Supermarkt, Restaurants, das beliebteste Einkaufszentrum der Grazer und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe, Tiefgarage 280 Meter entfernt.
Die Unterkunft
Die neu renovierte, gut isolierte Dachgeschoss-Wohnung, mit Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern außen und innen, befindet sich in einem ruhigen Altbau mitten im 5. Bezirk.
Die Wohnung hat 55 m². Das Wohn- Schlafzimmer hat ein sehr bequemes 180 x 200 cm Bett mit verstellbarem Kopf- und Fußteil, einen kleinen Spiegel-Kleiderschrank mit 4 Schubladen, einen Hochglanzschreibtisch sowie einen Couchtisch. Ein Flachbild-TV, eine Wohlfühllampe und ein ausziehbares graues Sofa (Liegefläche: 120 x 200 cm für die 3. + 4. Person) gehören auch zum Inventar. Vorraum mit Garderobe, Kommode, Sitzbank und Spiegel. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und Spiegelschrank ausgestattet.
Die champagnerfarbene Hochglanzküche ist auf dem neuesten technischen Stand und verfügt über eine Kühl-Gefrierkombination, einen hochgestellten Backofen, Ceranfeldkochplatten, einen ausziehbaren Dunstabzug, einen Geschirrspüler, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck und Töpfe. Ein weißer Ausziehtisch mit 4 Stühlen.
Zugang für Gäste
Da es sich um eine Privatwohnung handelt, wirst du bald ein Gefühl wie "zu Hause" haben. In der Wohnung herrscht absolutes Rauchverbot, aber auf dem Platz vor der Wohnung gibt es ein Fenster mit Blick auf den Grazer Schlossberg (auf der äußeren Fensterbank Aschenbecher, die von den Rauchern verwendet werden).
In der Küche gibt es, abgesehen von Pfeffer und Salz noch weitere Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Ketchup, Senf, Marmeladen, Frucht-Sirup, etc.. Den Höhepunkt des Genusses bietet allerdings der selbst geröstete LINDBERGH-Kaffee meines Bruders. Mit der Kaffeemühle kannst du ihn immer frisch mahlen, sodass er sein volles Aroma verbreiten kann. Teetrinker finden auch immer diverse Teebeutel vor Ort.
Beim Lebensmittelgeschäft Billa in 83m Entfernung kannst du alles finden! Außer den Kaffee meines Bruders!

Die Nächtigungstaxe von 2,50€ pro Person pro Nacht muss ich von euch einsammeln und an die Stadt Graz weiterleiten (im obigen Preis noch nicht enthalten).
Die Schuhe sind aus hygienischen Gründen vor der Wohnung auszuziehen und in die Wohnung mitzunehmen. Straßenschuhe sind in der Wohnung nicht gestattet, da es sich um einen sehr empfindlichen Parkettboden handelt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem für 2 Personen, nur in Ausnahmefällen können 2 Kinder mit Eltern übernachten bzw. nach Anfrage auch Erwachsene, aber nur bei kurzfristigen Aufenthalten!
Bei längeren Aufenthalten wird empfohlen, eine 14-tägige Reinigung, gegen eine geringe Gebühr, in Anspruch zu nehmen. Das Wasser in Graz ist sehr kalkhaltig und die Armaturen verkalken sehr schnell!
Unterwegs rund um die Unterkunft:
Die Bushaltestellen befinden sich ums Eck am Griesplatz, die Straßenbahnen ins Zentrum bzw. zum Bahnhof sind circa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Fußweg ins Zentrum 10min und zur Grazer Messehalle 20min!
Bei rechtzeitiger Anfrage von ca.1 Woche und einem Mindestaufenthalt von 1 Monat, kann eventuell ein sehr günstiger gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz in der Parkgarage Dominikanerkloster ums Eck organisiert werden. Gebührenpflichtige Plätze vorm und ums Haus. 4 Gratisparkplätze unmittelbar links vorm Gebäude, die ich nicht reservieren darf!
