Spacious apartment in the heart of Florence, right by San Lorenzo.

This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of Florence, just next to the Basilica of San Lorenzo. The location is particularly convenient if you are studying in Florence: the train station is just a few minutes away on foot, and several universities and art schools can be easily reached on foot, by bike or by public transport.

The apartment has two large bedrooms. The first one is bright and has a lovely view of the Medici Chapels, while the second one is very quiet and faces the inner part of the building.

There is a large dining and living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and chairs, and a comfortable sofa. It is a nice space to cook, have dinner, study or simply relax at the end of the day.

There is one full bathroom with a shower, as well as a small additional toilet.

The apartment is in a lively and central part of Florence, with the San Lorenzo Market, supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants all within walking distance. The Duomo and many of Florence’s main sights are also just a few minutes away.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, but it is particularly ideal for 2 people who are looking for plenty of space and a comfortable place to live in the centre of Florence.
