This newly renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floors of a small but elegant building inhabited by students. It composed of an entrance, a large and spacious kitchen, living room with kitchenette, a bathroom, a large balcony, and a double room. Then from the living room, you go up to the attic on the upper floor where there is a single attic room with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are fairly spacious and fully furnished, with bedside tables, desks (not seen in the photos but added and changed with new furnishings). Each room has its own private bathroom. All comfort is there to make you feel home :)

This property s located in CENTRO - Porta Romana, in Via Senese, 10 min from Piazza Pitti, 15 min from Ponte Vecchio, at the entrance to the historic center of Florence. The area is well served by different amenities; shops, restaurants, and bars. The public transportation is well connected to all part of Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
EXPENSES NOT included: water, electricity, and gas, to be turned over upon entry, according to consumption. The tenant pays his bill directly. Condominium 45 euro at month!
MINIMUM RENT: 11 months

Appartamento composto da ingresso cucina ampio e spazioso soggiorno con angolo cottura un bagno una camera doppia abbastanza spaziosa e completamente arredata , con letti comodini , scrivanie (non si vedono nelle foto ma sono stati aggiunti e cambiati degli arredi con arredi nuovi), ampio balcone.
Poi dal soggiorno si sale nella mansarda al piano superiore dove c'è una camera singola mansardata con il proprio bagno in camera .

Ogni camera ha il suo bagno privato .

SPESE NON incluse: acqua luce e gas , da volturare all'entrata , a consumo.

L'inquilino paga direttamente la propria bolletta.
