Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Neighborhood
Borgo Ognissanti, which owes its name to the Church of All Saints, is a street full of shops and great restaurants (Italian and international), and provides a variety of large and small activities designed to satisfy every need.
While Florence a very quiet town, the presence of the police station makes Borgo Ognissanti a very safe area both day and night.
Ideal for daily shopping, a Conad supermarket is right next to the apartment building.
For the sweet tooth I recommend the bakery Becagli (also next to the apartment) where you will find every morning fresh bread, cakes, and great ideas for breakfast. In addition, across the street is the bar Blanco, a local very nice place for breakfast or a quick lunch.
Going to Piazza Goldoni (shortly beyond the police station) I recommend the San Carlo, a very casual bar but also somewhere to enjoy drinks at the end of the evening (their drinks are excellent).
Tired of so much culture? No problem! On Via Maso Finiguerra is the multiplex cinemas Marconi, always full of premieres. For those who want to enjoy a bit of pampering, I recommend the spa Javasun.
Finally, but of primary importance, between Borgo Ognissanti and Maso Finiguerra are located all the most well known car rental agencies (Avis, Hertz, Europecar, Maggiore, etc.) that will allow you to rent a car for day trips or to continue your journey your next destination.
Transit
Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which stands for “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red /green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify their need for access in the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters
Getting around
Despite being in the city center, the apartment is located on the border of the ZTL. Walking time to : Train station 7 minutes, Duomo 12 minutes, Uffizi 15 minutes, Pontevecchio 14 minutes

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in in compliance with Italian police regulations through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Long-term Stays: By Italian law, stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement.
No Smoking
No Pets
Noise Restrictions: Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please be considerate of noise levels when entering and exiting the flat, especially after 11 PM.
Visitors: No external guests in the apartment without prior written approval, as per police regulations.
Cleaning Fee: Covers check-out cleaning only. Please maintain cleanliness, including kitchen clean-up (no leftover dirty dishes or garbage). Additional charges may apply for non-compliance.
Electricity Usage notice: Italian homes have a limited electricity capacity. Using multiple appliances simultaneously may trip the main switch. To reset the power, turn off the devices before switching the electricity back on. The main switch, a white box, will be pointed out to you upon arrival.
Plumbing: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Disposing of other items, especially feminine products, can cause blockages and may incur damage charges.
Heating Regulations: Per local laws in Florence (zone D), heating is permitted only from November 1 to April 15.
Lost Keys: A fee of €100 will be charged for each lost key set.
Utilities for Long Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, the guest is responsible for all utility bills, calculated based on actual usage at the end of the stay.
