This duplex for monthly rental is distributed over two floors that clearly separate the day and night areas.
On the lower floor there is a spacious living-dining room with a sofa, television and access to an exterior balcony, perfect for enjoying natural light. The kitchen, integrated into the same space, is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils. The dining area is located next to the living room, offering comfort for everyday meals. On this floor there is also a guest toilet.
On the upper floor you access the sleeping area, consisting of an en-suite bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower and wardrobes, as well as a studio-style space with a table and chairs, ideal for working or studying in peace.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi, guaranteeing comfort at any time of the year. As an extra, there is the option of renting a parking space in the building for an additional price of €100.
Regarding the location, the duplex is just a 5-minute walk from the Fuente de la Mora train and tram station, with direct connections to the center of Madrid and key business areas. In addition, in the surroundings of Manoteras you will find supermarkets, restaurants, gyms and leisure areas, as well as quick access to main roads such as the M-11 and M-30, which facilitates mobility both towards the center and towards the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport.
