The apartment was completely renovated and equipped .Spacious, comfortable and modern apartments with high speed internet are designed for 3 people. Infrared floor heating allows you to feel in comfort and coziness. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms. One of them has 2 single beds (90x200), 1 bedside tables, a big wardrobe and work desk. In the second bedroom with access to a huge balcony, you will find a big table with 6 chairs , a comfortable sofa , that can be used as a bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x200), a smart TV (48``). A modern bathroom with a window, equipped with a large shower. The apartment also has a kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils . On the balcony smoking is allowed. In the apartment smoking is not permitted.

The property is located in a very quiet location near the trade fair .You can reach the trade fair only in 25 min. by walk ( 2,2 km) You can reach Düsseldorf Airport in 20 (hidden) walk , city center in 20 min. (3 min. by walk to Linie 705 stop Elsässer Straße ) Free Parking can be found directly in front of the apartment along the street and in the surround .Within walking distance (5-10 min.) of the apartment you can find shops with all the necessary goods, a bakery, a cafe. We have prepared our apartment with great respect for our guests .We would like , that you feel yourself here , like at home, in comfort and coziness.

Important note: the tenants are obliged to register their place of residence in our apartment with the registration office.

Mit der Infrarot-Fußbodenheizung fühlen Sie sich wohl und gemütlich. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern. Eines von ihnen hat 2 Einzelbetten (90x200), 1 Nachttisch ,ein großer Kleiderschrank und (hidden) zweiten Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zu einem riesigen Balkon finden Sie einen große Tisch und 6 Stühle , ein Einzelbett (90x200) , ein bequemes Sofa, das als Bett (140x200) verwendet werden kann, einen Smart-TV (48``). Ein modernes Badezimmer mit Fenster und großer Dusche. Die Wohnung hat auch eine Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten, Utensilien . Auf dem Balkon ist das Rauchen erlaubt. In der Wohnung ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in der Nähe der Messe. Sie können die Messe nur in 25 Minuten erreichen. zu Fuß (2,2 km) Sie erreichen den Flughafen Düsseldorf in 20 Minuten zu Fuß, die Innenstadt in 20 Minuten. (3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Linie 705, Haltestelle Elsässer Straße) Kostenlose Parkplätze finden Sie direkt vor dem Apartment entlang der Straße und in der Umgebung. In Gehweite (5-10 Minuten) des Apartments finden Sie Geschäfte mit allen notwendigen Waren, eine Bäckerei und ein Café. Wir haben unsere Wohnung mit großem Respekt für unsere Gäste vorbereitet.
