The apartment is located in Düsseldorf-Wersten, in a quiet residential street with good connections to the rest of Düsseldorf.
The Heinrich Heine University (HHU) and University Hospital Düsseldorf (UKD) are easily accessible, making the apartment particularly suitable for students, PhD candidates, researchers and employees of HHU or UKD.
The Südpark, Botanical Garden and Brückerbach are nearby, and the Rhine can also be reached quickly. Supermarkets, shops and public transport are available in the surrounding area.
