Features
Whitewashed oak parquet throughout. The apartment is completely furnished, meaning you only need to bring your suitcase with you. The hallway is bright and inviting. The bed has a high-quality back mattress (180cm * 200cm). The bathroom has a bathtub to relax and is well equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped including crockery, glasses, cutlery, electric kettle, washing machine and refrigerator. In the open dining and living area there is an oak table with chairs overlooking the garden. The living room is open plan, equipped with a flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed, where your guests can sleep if required.

Location
In the middle of the elegant districts of Golzheim you will find everything your heart desires. Many restaurants, bistros + bars as well as all shopping facilities are within walking distance. The same goes for bus, tram, metro to the fair + old town + airport. The Rhine meadows are within 5 minutes walking distance.

Rent is calculated for 2 tenants. Any additional tenant will be charged 200€ per month, except children under the age of 3.
