Troverete lenzuola, cuscini e coperte nell’armadio/mensola più adiacente al divano). Una porta finestra conduce a un grazioso balconcino che regala una vista sui tetti della città e sulle verdi colline circostanti. La spaziosa camera matrimoniale, accessibile tramite la porta accanto alla cucina, è dotata di armadio e cassettiera per organizzare al meglio il soggiorno. In 2 minutI si raggiunge Piazza Cavour, la piazza più grande di Como, di fronte alla quale è possibile prendere il battello della Navigazione Lago di Como e raggiungere le più celebri località del lago (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna). In 1 minuto si raggiunge anche piazza Duomo e il suo Broletto, e le vie dello shopping, come via Vittorio Emanuele. Altre piazze da visitare si trovano a soli 5 minuti a piedi, come Piazza San Fedele e Piazza Volta, quest’ultima diventata negli ultimi anni un grande punto d’incontro per la vita serale della città con i suoi numerosi ristoranti e bar.
Sempre a piedi, o noleggiando le city bike, si possono raggiungere Villa Olmo e il suo parco, percorrendo la pittoresca passeggiata che parte dall’Hangar, e Villa Geno percorrendo il lungolago di Viale Geno. All’inizio di viale Geno c’è anche la stazione della Funicolare per raggiungere Brunate e il suo faro.

In auto, dall’autostrada A9 prendere l’uscita Como Centro e percorrere Via Pasquale Paoli, Via Napoleona e Viale Innocenzo per raggiungere il centro, oppure l’uscita Como Lago e percorrere la Via per Cernobbio e Via Borgovico Nuova, dall’uscita autostradale in circa 20 minuti seguendo il GPS sarete davanti all’appartamento.
Parcheggiare nei posteggi blu (a pagamento dalle 8.00 alle 20.00) o negli autosilo della città (Autosilo Parcheggio Centro Lago, Autosilo Valduce, ecc).
In treno, dalla stazione Como San Giovanni prendere il bus C70 in direzione “Como Recchi” per 2 fermate e scendere a “Como Lungolario Trento”, da lì camminare per 5 minuti fino all’appartamento.

Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a bright open-plan space: the relaxation area with a double sofa bed is perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, while the modern, fully equipped open kitchen features a dining table ideal for shared meals (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared upon arrival, as we believe it is important for guests to be able to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. Bed linen, pillows and blankets can be found in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa). A French door leads to a charming small balcony offering views over the city rooftops and the surrounding green hills. The spacious double bedroom, accessible through the door next to the kitchen, is equipped with a wardrobe and chest of drawers to comfortably organize your stay. Here too, a large French door fills the room with natural light and overlooks the streets of the city centre. Terracotta flooring adds warmth to the apartment, while reproductions of famous works by Kandinsky and Klimt bring colour and vibrancy, making the space unique and refined. Completing the property is a large, classically styled bathroom with wooden furnishings and a shower.
