Questa proprietà è dotata di un grazioso balcone vista lago, cucina pienamente equipaggiata, un bagno, un'ampia sala e una camera da letto matrimoniale: si presenta essere quindi l'ideale per un soggiorno di coppia o per una vacanza da passare in compagnia di un amico.L'appartamento si sviluppa su un unico piano con camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno e un salotto collegato direttamente alla piccola cucina dotata di ogni confort. La chicca della proprietà è il grazioso balconcino vista lago da cui è possibile ammirare la città di Como. La casa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente a metà tra il comfort moderno e qualche dettaglio d'epoca (come il tavolo in legno e i quadri che raffigurano la città nei suoi anni passati).L'appartamento è situato a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro città di Como, in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere in poco tempo tutti i servizi del centro come bar, ristoranti, supermercati e attrazioni turistiche. Vicino alla proprietà troverete anche una stazione dell'autobus per muovervi facilmente con i mezzi pubblici.

Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;
NB solo per i nostri appartamenti di Milano:
per le prenotazioni con check- in tra il 18 marzo ed il 28 aprile 2026 inclusi, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili.Non è consentito il check out per le date comprese dal 17 aprile al 26 aprile 2026 inclusi.
Al termine del soggiorno potrebbe essere richiesto un supplemento per il lavaggio dei tessili.
Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;
PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. E' possibile ricevere un kit biancheria su richiesta, ad un costo extra.
In caso di presenza di animali domestici, saranno applicati sovrapprezzi.
Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Bright and cosy apartment located on the 4th floor of a building just a few minutes by car from the center of Como, in an excellent position for easy access to the city. This property has a lovely balcony overlooking the lake, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a large living room and a double bedroom: it's the perfect apartment for a couple's stay or for a holiday with a friend.The apartment is spread over one floor with a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room connected directly to the small kitchen equipped with every comfort. The gem of the property is the lovely balcony overlooking the lake from which it is possible to admire the city of Como. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in an environment halfway between modern comfort and some ancient details (such as the wooden table and the paintings depicting the city in its past years).The apartment is located a few minutes by car from the city center of Como, in a perfect position to quickly reach all the services of the center such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and tourist attractions. Near the property you will also find a bus station to move easily by public transport.
RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
