Das Kölner Fußballstadion, wo zahlreiche Sport- und Musikveranstaltungen stattfinden, befindet sich zirka 2 km entfernt.

The apartment is located in the 4. Floor of a neat multi-family house, and can be reached via lift or staircase.
It is very good appointed (Smart TV, 135 Mbits/s flatrate WLAN, JBL Soundbar Studio, etc.), with a size of 105 sqm distributed in 4 rooms (1 double bedroom + 2 single bedrooms), kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet with shower and 2 balconies oriented to the East and South-West, respectively; all rooms with natural light! To the apartment belong also a parking place in the underground garage. The building hast also a bike room, laundry and drying rooms freely available for the tenants.
Weiden is located in the west of Cologne and is a popular residential area. The "Ignystrasse" is easy to access and very quiet at the same time. The nearby motorway (A1) was covered by a noise dampening enclosure in 2014 and is barely audible from the apartment. Tall trees and well-kept green areas create a high feel-good factor.
In the vicinity you will find excellent options for shopping (the very popular, Rhein-Center, Penny, Natura Biomarkt, etc). Doctors are not far away. The tram line 1 bring you quickly in the University area and in Cologne downtown, and the nearest stop in the Aachenerstrasse is within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
The Weiden-West train Station placed also in this urban district allows you to reach Cologne downtown in 15 minutes and Cologne airport in 27 (line S13). The access to the motorway cross Cologne West, A1/A4 is very fast. The Cologne Football Stadium, where a wide range of sports and music events are held, is located just about 2 km away.
