Il soggiorno è composto da un angolo relax, con un comodo divano dove leggere un libro e riposarsi dopo una lunga giornata di visite turistiche e una TV per guardare un film in compagnia; accanto, la zona pranzo con un tavolo per 4 persone. Lo spazio che più amerai sarà il grande terrazzo di 70 mq, vista lago e arredato con tavoli e sedie per godere a pieno il panorama durante la bella stagione. La cucina è separata, moderna e completa di elettrodomestici e tutto il necessario per preparare pranzi e cene come a casa. In 5 minuti di auto e 10/15 minuti a piedi raggiungerai il centro storico di Cernobbio, con la sua Riva, la famosa Villa d’Este, i bar e i ristorantini e gli eleganti negozi. Fai colazione nell’ottima Pasticceria Poletti, pranza nel famoso ristorante Harry’s Bar, mangia un fresco gelato da Sottozero. Per una pausa di relax, esplora il Giardino della Valle, un meraviglioso giardino con numerose specie di piante, mediterranee e tropicali, curato da un gruppo di volontari. In 15/20 minuti di auto e in soli 10 di battello dalla riva di Cernobbio puoi raggiungere il centro di Como. Con il battello puoi visitare i pittoreschi borghi del lago: Blevio, Torno, Moltrasio, Argegno, l’Isola Comacina, Ossuccio, e arrivare fino a Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna.

Visiting the city of Como and its lake while staying just a few minutes from the famous Cernobbio and enjoying a wonderful view is a dream come true in the beautiful CASA OLIVO! Positioned in a semi-detached house in the quiet Piazza Santo Stefano, a hamlet of Cernobbio where time seems to stand still, this lovely two-bedroom apartment will welcome you with its pastel colors and carefully furnished rooms. The living room consists of a relaxing corner, with a comfortable sofa where you can read a book and rest after a long day of sightseeing and a TV to watch a movie with friends; next to it, the dining area with a table for 4 people. The space you will love the most is the large terrace of 70 sqm, overlooking the lake and furnished with tables and chairs to fully enjoy the view during the summer. The kitchen is separate, modern and complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home. There are two bedrooms, both doubles and with closets to store your wardrobe even for longer vacations. A bathroom with shower and private washing machine concludes the apartment.
