The area is very well connected by public transport, the 4/6 tram just a short walk away, making it easy to reach Budapest’s main attractions and universities.
During your stay, two sets of bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and kitchen towels are provided.
The rental fee includes a cleaning service, which is carried out on a monthly basis. 🙌🙂
The security deposit is one month’s rent for tenants staying 1–6 months, and two months’ rent for tenants staying longer than 6 months.
Check-in and check-out are available on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Outside of these hours, a €20 surcharge applies.
