The apartment offers a calm and refined atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat for both work and relaxation, and is fully equipped for a stay of a few months.

The rental fee includes a cleaning service, which is carried out on a monthly basis. 🙌🙂
During your stay, two sets of bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and kitchen towels are provided.
The security deposit is one month’s rent for tenants staying 1–6 months, and two months’ rent for tenants staying longer than 6 months.
Check-in and check-out are available on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Outside of these hours, a €20 surcharge applies.
