Nice apartment located in one of the most characteristic streets of the historic center of Bologna, within easy reach of the main city attractions. Equipped with entrance to a large living area with TV, double sofa bed, double bedroom, dining room with equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, it can accommodate up to 2 guests. Equipped with Air conditioning, unlimited Wifi, towels and bed linens.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-300€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.

Administration Fee Box:
The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations.
