This elegant new Attic is situated in the heart of Bologna and is a great choice for those seeking a stylish, functional, and well-equipped private space.

The attic is a located in a late 16th century building that was formerly a convent. It boasts a spacious living area adorned with movie posters and a tall ceiling with its original wooden beams.

Within the living space, a sofa transforms into a 140x200cm bed, providing temporary accommodation for friends or family. A south-facing window and three roof windows allow plenty of natural light to grace the living room and kitchen area. The ceiling is very high, reaching 4 meters and 20 centimeters at the apex (visible in one of the pictures).

In the kitchen area, besides the refrigerator, there is a Bialetti coffee machine, a kettle, and a microwave oven. A modern induction stove facilitates meal preparation.

One bedroom features a 140x200cm bed, a desk, a comfortable chair, and convenient drawers ideal for document storage. A roof window illuminates the space, while remote-controlled blinds offer additional convenience. This room may also be used as an office (the fiber wifi network's signal is strong in all rooms).

The master bedroom offers a big, 160x200cm bed, drawers, hangers, mirrors, also with a luminous remote-controlled roof window, and blinds, for your comfort.

Finally, the private bathroom is a pristine space adorned with stylish blue tiles and a spacious shower, ensuring comfort during your stay.

Please note, this Attic is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, accessible only via a flight of stairs. Upon entering the unit where the Attic is situated, you'll find wooden stairs (visible in one of the pictures) directly ahead, leading you to this cozy retreat.

While the Attic is very quiet at all time (not the faintest noise from cars, etc), action is not far away. The bars and restaurants of the "via del Pratello" area are a short walk away. Supermarkets and specialty shops are conveniently close.

Nature also is not far away. The "Villa Spada" public park is about one mile away. Walk (or jog) a few minutes more and you reach "Parco del Pellegrino," with its surprising trails, and great views of Bologna from above.

Please note: all utilities amount to E 250 per month (fixed), to be paid separately from the rent. There are no other costs, besides E. 50 for final cleaning.
