L’appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato ad ottobre 2020 così da assicurare agli ospiti un piacevole soggiorno in un contesto raffinato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Pur essendo affacciato su via Massarenti, una delle direttrici più importanti per raggiungere il centro della città, l'immobile risulta estremamente silenzioso grazie alla presenza di infissi di ultima generazione. Il rispetto per l’ambiente, che ha caratterizzato tutta la ristrutturazione, traspare sia dalla realizzazione del cappotto termico, che offre un’ottima coibentazione dei locali, sia dall’installazione di pannelli solari sul tetto, utili a minimizzare l'impatto energetico del palazzo. Il condizionatore con sistema di purificazione dell’aria consente di avere sempre una temperatura piacevole ed un ambiente igienico, mentre il riscaldamento autonomo è regolabile tramite un termostato.

Palazzo Pedretti is a residential facility born from the renovation of the building housing the historic Pharmacy of Providence, dating back to the 1930s and characterized by a façade covered with the typical red brick of Bologna. A few steps from the Sant’Orsola hospital, the property has a strategic position that allows you to easily reach both the historic center and the motorway junction.

The refined open space of approximately 40 sq m has been furnished with elegant furniture, custom made by Italian artisans. The apartment opens onto the day area where a comfy double sofa bed (160x200) is located, in front of a small cabinet with a 32” Smart TV and WIFI connection which guests can use to access online services - such as Netflix - with their own account. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and induction hob. The dining table can accommodate up to 4 people.

From the living room you can access the night area, furnished with large wardrobes, a desk with chair and a comfy double bed (160x200). The bathroom is also well finished and equipped with a large crystal shower, heated towel rails and washing machine.

The apartment was completely renovated in October 2020 to ensure guests a pleasant stay in a refined and comfortable environment. Although overlooking via Massarenti, one of the most popular routes to reach the city center, the property is extremely quiet, thanks to high quality window fixtures. The building restoration was eco-sustainable: the construction of the thermal coat and the installation of solar panels on the rooftop both aimed at excellent insulation of the premises while minimizing the energy footprint of the building. Air conditioning with an air purification system provides a pleasant temperature and a hygienic environment at all times, while the central heating is adjustable via a thermostat.
