A pochi passi dall’ospedale Sant’Orsola, l’immobile ha una posizione strategica che consente di raggiungere comodamente sia il centro storico che lo svincolo autostradale.

Grazioso e moderno monolocale, sito al secondo piano (con ascensore e privo di barriere architettoniche) di Palazzo Pedretti.

Il raffinato open space di circa 30 mq è stato arredato con un mobilio elegante, realizzato su misura da artigiani italiani. La zona giorno è divisa da quella notte da un capiente armadio attrezzato. La cucina è spaziosa e perfettamente attrezzata con forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, frigorifero a colonna, microonde, tostapane, bollitore elettrico e piano cottura ad induzione. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare fino a 4 persone. Nella zona giorno è presente un pratico divano letto singolo (90X200), mentre la zona notte dispone di un comodo letto matrimoniale (160X200). Il bagno dell’appartamento è ottimamente rifinito e dotato di ampia cabina doccia in cristallo, scaldasalviette e lavatrice. Completa la dotazione una connessione veloce ad internet, tramite la quale si può sfruttare la smart TV da 32” che consente di utilizzare il proprio account per accedere ai servizi online, come Netflix.

L’appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato ad ottobre 2020 così da assicurare agli ospiti un piacevole soggiorno in un contesto raffinato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Pur essendo affacciato su via Massarenti, una delle direttrici più importanti per raggiungere il centro della città, l'immobile risulta estremamente silenzioso grazie alla presenza di infissi di ultima generazione. Il rispetto per l’ambiente, che ha caratterizzato tutta la ristrutturazione, traspare sia dalla realizzazione del cappotto termico, che offre un’ottima coibentazione dei locali, sia dall’installazione di pannelli solari sul tetto, utili a minimizzare l'impatto energetico del palazzo. Palazzo Pedretti is a residential facility born from the renovation of the building housing the historic Pharmacy of Providence, dating back to the 1930s and characterized by a façade covered with the typical red brick of Bologna. A few steps from the Sant’Orsola hospital, the property has a strategic position that allows you to easily reach both the historic center and the motorway junction.

Nice and modern studio apartment, located on the second floor (with lift and without architectural barriers) of Palazzo Pedretti.

The refined open space of approximately 30 sq m has been furnished with elegant furniture, custom made by Italian artisans. The living area is divided from the night area by a large wardrobe. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and induction hob. The dining table can accommodate up to 4 people. In the living area there is a practical single sofa bed (90x200), while the sleeping area has a comfortable double bed (160x200). The bathroom is also well finished. It is equipped with a large crystal shower, heated towel rails and washing machine.

A fast internet connection and a 32” smart TV are also provided, through which you can access online services with your own account, such as Netflix.

The apartment was completely renovated in October 2020 to ensure guests a pleasant stay in a refined and comfortable environment. Although overlooking via Massarenti, one of the most popular routes to reach the city center, the property is extremely quiet, thanks to high quality window fixtures. The building restoration was eco-sustainable: the construction of the thermal coat and the installation of solar panels on the rooftop both aimed at excellent insulation of the premises while minimizing the energy footprint of the building. Air conditioning with an air purification system provides a pleasant temperature and a hygienic environment at all times, while the central heating is adjustable via a thermostat.
