At the end of the tenancy, the apartment will be professionally cleaned by a cleaning company. The cost depends on the actual amount of cleaning required. It will be deducted from the security deposit upon presentation of the invoice. Tenants must show a valid personal liability insurance. If they move in with a dog, separate dog liability insurance is also required.
