The apartment is on the 3rd Floor. (An elevator is NOT available).
It is one of the best localities to live in. Very safe. Very clean. Quiet and Calm. Best for small families with a kid(s). There are many good Kitas and schools in the neighborhood. The very beautiful Spree river bank promenade, behind the Hauptbahnhof is at a 5 minute of walking distance.
Supermarkets are also nearby, including the ones inside Hauptbahnhof, which are available on Sundays too. Really, you cannot have a more convenient apartment.
Tenants will get a rental contract in their name. Anmeldung is possible.
Please understand the bifurcation of the old rent and the Warm rent before signing the rental contract. Landlord will be happy to explain the calculations and clarify the doubts beforehand.
Broadcasting fee (ARD ZDF) has to be taken care off by the tenants themselves.
Tenants will get an unlimited term rental contract , where, the minimum rental period is 6 months. The Notice Period applicable after the end of Minimum renting period is 2 Month.
There is no processing fee.
