The apartment is located in the up-and-coming area of Berlin – the Moabit district and in specific the Stephankiez in the borough of Mitte. The Moabit district is home to many students and artists.
It is conveniently just a 5 minute walk to the underground station Birken Straße station with the U9 line and 10 minutes from the main station Westhafen.
The area features many Cafés, restaurants and supermarkets and very well connected with the rest of Berlin. It provides a unique multicultural flair.
