A bright and spacious home in a quiet, green setting – just 10 minutes from Ostkreuz

A quiet residential setting with fast connections into central Berlin: this fully furnished three-room apartment (105 m2, built 2016) sits on a green, calm street – yet Ostkreuz station, cafés, restaurants and shops are only about a 10-minute walk away, and the Rummelsburger Bucht waterfront is just around the corner.

The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen with its large cooking island, flowing into a bright, comfortable living and dining area with big windows overlooking the treetops. The generous south-facing balcony gets sun throughout the day – perfect for breakfast, working outside or simply relaxing.

There is a proper home office in the second bedroom, with an electrically height-adjustable desk, fast internet (up to 400 Mbit/s) and everything you need to work comfortably during a longer stay.

The apartment is ideal for families and pet owners: pets are warmly welcome, the main bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom is set up as a children's room with a kids' bed and a pull-out trundle bed (2 sleeping spaces, 90 × 200 cm each). The living room additionally offers a comfortable sofa bed – ideal for a family of four or for visiting guests. Two separate bathrooms – a main bathroom with bathtub and separate shower plus a guest bathroom – keep everyday life relaxed even when the apartment is fully occupied.
