Type of contract: The indicated price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to two persons. For each additional person 100,- Euro per person and month will be charged. In addition to the rent, every month 300,- € of minimum prepayments for the consumption costs of water (cold/hot), heating (gas) and energy must be paid monthly. The prepayment covers the cost for normal, usual consumption. This agreement ensures that water and energy are used in a sustainable manner.
