***You Must be okay with cats****

Staying here would come with the responsibility of caring for my very sweet, mild mannered cat named Miso. You will have to take care of him every month and be responsible for him.

Because of this you will receive:
-Everything included (wifi, water, trash, gas, electric)
-A discount from the rent,
-A cleaning service every month included
-And the best companion anyone could ever ask for the winter months.

*I would prefer someone who has experience with cats. But I'm open to people who would love to have an experience because he's really the best for those types of people as well.
