Information Regarding the Contract and Deposit:
To receive the keys to your new home, the security deposit—equivalent to two months' rent—must be received in our bank account. Please note that proof of transfer cannot be accepted, so please take this into account if you plan to move in within the next few days.
After booking through the platform:
You have 2 days to register in our system using your official documents and contact details and to sign the contract.
Within 3 days of signing the contract, the security deposit must be received in our bank account.
International transfers can take several business days, so we strongly recommend transferring the deposit as soon as you sign the contract.
Please note that if the deposit is not received within the required timeframe, we may have to cancel your reservation, and you may lose the first month's rent.
