There are two bedrooms: One bedroom (26 sqm) with a king-size 180 × 200 cm solid wood double bed and a small balcony, and the living room (25 sqm) - both face the quiet side street.
The second bedroom (24 sqm) with a comfortable queen-size 140 × 200 cm bed and the spacious eat-in kitchen overlook the peaceful green courtyard with a large chestnut tree.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including dinnerware, cutlery and appliances such as a coffee machine, juicer and blender, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen also has a solid wood dining table.
Both the second bedroom and the living room have their own separate entrance doors and are also connected by an internal door. They face a quiet side street with very little traffic.
Furnished with design classics, the living room also includes a large wooden dining table. Please note that there is currently no television, but a TV can be provided upon request.
Both bedrooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses, with a king-size 180 × 200 cm solid wood double bed in the master bedroom and a comfortable queen-size 140 × 200 cm bed in the second bedroom.
The spacious bathroom has a window, recessed ceiling lighting, a separate shower and a bathtub. In the hallway, there is a built-in wall cabinet with shoe storage, and the building also offers shared bicycle storage.
Located just around the corner from Savignyplatz, this is one of the most attractive areas in West Berlin. It offers a wide selection of cafés, restaurants and shopping options, including several supermarkets such as Edeka and Lidl, as well as organic supermarkets like Bio Company and Alnatura.
Around Savignyplatz, you will find charming cafés, restaurants, small bookstores, galleries and lovely second-hand shops. The famous Kurfürstendamm with its designer boutiques and international brands is just a few minutes away, while Kantstraße with its diverse international restaurants is also within walking distance. You will also find several cinemas nearby, as well as the popular weekly farmers' market at Karl-August-Platz.
A weekly cleaning service is arranged once a week during your stay. The additional cost is €200 per month, paid separately from the rent.
