You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.
This modern and stylish 35m2 apartment features high-quality finishes and furniture. Its design is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, offering a comfortable and well-distributed space. It includes a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a spacious bedroom with a generous closet and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (both cooling and heating), ensuring a pleasant temperature year-round. It is very bright and well-ventilated. The studio has a hall at the entrance where the washing machine is located and it is shared with another studio in the same unit.
The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the Paral·lel metro station, with access to the green and purple lines.
The building offers a 70m2 communal rooftop terrace, featuring a picnic area, showers, sunbeds, and a bathroom. Since the terrace is directly above the apartment, it is almost exclusively for you and the apartment opposite.

Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.
