Welcome to (hidden) Gavà, a modern coliving residence designed for comfortable and community-oriented living. The building offers 27 fully furnished private apartments, including a unique duplex apartment, together with carefully designed common areas where residents can work, relax, and connect with people from around the world.

THE LOCATION

Located at Carrer de Gavà 77, in Barcelona's vibrant Sants-Montjuïc district, this residence enjoys an excellent location with easy access to the entire city. The area is well connected by public transport and is just minutes away from Barcelona Sants Station, one of the city's main transport hubs.

THE CONDITIONS

- Utilities are included in the price.
- A two-month security deposit is required.
- There is a one-time 400€ entry fee, covering administration costs, contract preparation, check-in, and check-out cleaning.
- The minimum stay is 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
- Check-ins are available between 10 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday. It is not possible to check in on weekends or bank holidays. Any out of hours Check-In will include a fee for 100€
