We only accept reservations from tenants staying for leisure or holiday purposes.

This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.

You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.

Nice and bright apartment of 130m2 on the second floor of a building with an elevator. It consists of a spacious modern living-dining room with a long and spacious balcony, two full bathrooms and an American kitchen with an island fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven.
The apartment has two beautiful fully equipped double rooms, one with a balcony and a single room for a more comfortable stay. The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move into.

Nearby is the Liceu metro stop and Plaça Catalunya (L1 – L3) Green and Red Line), there are a number of nice restaurants in the area, as well as some bars and many shops. It is an excellent option for families or students who want to share and enjoy the most touristic and emblematic places in the city.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

-Monthly rent: 2200€/month.
-Deposit: 1,5 months’ rent .
-Utilities: 250€/month
-Internet: 50€/month.
-Agency fees: A single payment equivalent to one month's rent + 21% VAT.
-Cleaning expenses: a single payment of 240€ (VAT included).
