Nice and bright apartment of 50m2, perfect to share between 2 - 3 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with one with a double bed separated from the living room with curtains. It has 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa. The apartment is fully equipped and ready to move in. The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator and has beautiful views of the park and the mountains and lots of natural light.

The apartment is in a very quiet street, it is in an excellent location. Very central, next to the metro station paral-lel, this allows easy access to different parts of the city and public transport, restaurants and stores.

RENTAL CONDITION:
- Monthly rent: 1100€

- Internet: 50€/month
- Agency fee to be paid only once: one monthly rent + VAT
