This apartment is available exclusively for short-term stays related to leisure, vacations, or recreational or cultural activities, such as conferences, trade shows, or festivals.

You must present an ID card or passport, proof of financial stability (employment contract, pay stubs, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner stating that your stay is for leisure and tourism purposes.

This charming and cozy studio, located in the Barceloneta neighborhood, offers a comfortable and well-designed space in Barcelona.

The property is a ground-floor apartment, fully furnished and designed to make the most of the available space. It features a fully equipped open kitchen connected to the living-dining room. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious closet, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The studio is equipped with air conditioning.

For added security, it has a double entrance door (main door and security grill door).

Located on Carrer de Vinaròs in the heart of Barceloneta, the apartment is just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops. It also offers excellent public transport connections, with Barceloneta metro station (L4) only a 10-minute walk away and several bus lines nearby, providing easy access to the city centre and the rest of Barcelona.

Rental Conditions
-Monthly rent: €1,150
-Security deposit: 1.5 or 2 months’ rent (depending on the contract duration, in accordance with the Urban Leases Act)
-Utilities: €120 per month
-Internet: €30 per month
-Agency fee: one-time payment of one months rent + 21% VAT
-Final cleaning: one-time payment of €100 + VAT

Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.
