This is a modern 1st-floor studio apartment in Calle Valldonzella, Barcelona. Our furnished studio includes a kitchen with basic appliances (fridge, washing machine, microwave; no oven). The studio has a bed, desk, closet, 1 set of sheets, duvet, pillow, sofa, fan, and electric heater. All apartments have Wi-Fi, and the buildings do not have elevators. Payment methods accepted are bank transfer, cash (in-office), or card (in-office).
Check-in fee:
- Monday–Friday from 10:00 to 14:20: free
- Monday–Friday from 14:30 to 18:00: €20
- Monday–Friday from 18:00 to 20:00: €40 (subject to availability)
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 11:00 to 18:00: €40 (subject to availability)
- No check-ins after 20:00 (except in exceptional cases and subject to availability; €50)
- Late fee: Every 30 minutes of unnotified delay from the agreed time will incur a €10 surcharge.
- The check-in fee must be paid in cash only and without change.
NOTE:
- Payment methods at check-in: bank transfer or cash (no cards).
- Access to the apartment and key handover will only take place after full payment of all required amounts.
The draft contract is sent one week before your arrival for review, and the original signed and stamped copy is delivered at check-in only after the security deposit and any other pending fees have been paid.
