If Kypseli is the hive, this is its nectar — the richest, most rewarding stay on site. A two-bedroom maisonette spreading across the building's top two floors, with its own staircase inside. At 91 square metres it's the largest apartment in the building, with a sunny balcony over Tenedou Street and light reaching in from higher up than anywhere else on site.

It's the pick for a longer stay or a group that wants real separation between living and sleeping — spread out downstairs over dinner, then retreat upstairs for the night, well above the noise of the street. Fokionos Negri, the Municipal Market and Pedion tou Areos are all still an easy walk away whenever you head back down.
