This newly renovated 72 m2 apartment offers a refined balance between
contemporary living and the architectural character of historic Athens. Located on the 3rd floor of a residential Bauhaus building in Exarcheia, designed and constructed by Kostas Voutsinas in 1937, the apartment benefits from exceptionally well-designed common areas and entrance spaces that preserve the atmosphere of the original building.
The apartment was carefully preserved, restored, and redesigned by Studio Ephyra and P4architecture, two internationally awarded architecture practices based in Greece, in their first joint collaboration. All furniture, partition walls, marble finishes, and marble countertops were selected and custom-designed by the two studios.

• Bedroom: One bedroom with a custom-designed oak wood bed frame and marble details. The mattress is anatomical, medium-firm, by Premium Strom.
• Kitchen: Kitchen with Tinian marble countertop and travertine marble island, equipped with a Whirlpool induction cooktop and oven.
• Bonus: Original Liebmann piano from 1917, tuned and fully functional.
• Bathroom: Bathroom with in-wall installed equipment and a walk-in shower, featuring Italian tiles, a handmade terrazzo basin on a low Tinian marble countertop, and Italian taps in 316L stainless steel by Superinox.
• Furniture: Fully furnished with custom-made oak wood furniture, Tinian marble details, and integrated hidden storage spaces. The sofas have been custom- made specifically for the apartment, using stain-resistant and hypoallergenic fabrics.

• Windows: Original solid wood window frames, carefully maintained and upgraded with A+ energy-rated triple glazing.
